The scholastic version of StM brings all the magic of the full-length theatrical performance in a portable, 50-minute show that’s ideal for the school day. While the core elements remain the same, some of the more age-specific STEM content can be tailored for grades k-8. Please see our Teacher’s Guide below or email us for more information.
Kevin Badanes and Amy Pruitt are veterans of educational musical programming, and are credited with more than five hundred performances reaching over a hundred thousand students in the Southeast! In addition, they are also co-creators of the forthcoming musical, Illusions.
We want to reach students early in their educational careers and inspire them by inviting them to dive into science for the pure joy of it. While our message is fun and inspirational, we've also taken our content straight from second- through sixth-grade curriculum standards. We want to break down the barriers that keep many students out of these fields, and we want to have fun doing it!
See highlights from STEM: the Musical Scholastic Edition! This version comes to your school with a compact, curriculum-focused production that fits into a class period. Content is adjusted to be academically appropriate for grades k through 8.
